Cake for Sherry R.'s son- and daughter-in-law. They were married on a beach and wanted that theme for the Houston reception. Cake is White Almond Sour Cream w/ Strawberry filling and Vanilla Buttercream icing. Coral is Royal Icing w/ blue pearl dust. Starfish and shells are white almond bark, molded, and dusted w/ various pearl dusts. "Sand" at the bottom is crushed Vanilla Wafers and a little sugar to make it sparkle (although that didn't work like I thought it would).
