Julian and Nikki's bridal cake


Thanks to Cameron again for her hard work and artistry. She made all the red gumpaste cherry blossoms (stamen centers are 2mm pearl dragees) and crafted the chocolate fondant tree and branches. She also made the red gumpaste lovebirds on top of the cake. Top and bottom cake tiers are White Almond Sour Cream w/ almond buttercream icing; middle tier is red velvet w/almond buttercream. Cake is covered in vanilla fondant. Ribbons are real.

Thanks again to Cameron for rolling all of these chocolate quills and her design of the chocolate mosaic. Both are made from Almond Bark candy coating. Cake is all chocolate w/ chocolate buttercream.
