Her friends surprised Jen (my sweet neighbor) with a party and this cake. White Almond Sour Cream Cake and vanilla buttercream icing. Band around cake is stamped fondant and painted with silver pearl dust. Flowers are gumpaste and "sign" painted with gel color.
